tinkerbell cosplay at dallas fan days

Dress by Me
My Tinkerbell cosplay was a huge hit this past weekend at Fan Days. I had many people stop me for pictures and even some little ones coming running asking for a picture or hug. I always enjoy seeing little kids faces light up when they see their favorite characters, but it's also just as amazing seeing adults do the same thing. Tinkerbell will be at other conventions in the future as well since it was such a huge hit. So if you missed out on a picture this time no worries! I enjoyed meeting new people and seeing old friends, thanks for being so sweet and for all the compliments.

Sarah Sanderson cosplay

Today is the start of Fan Days! Sadly I won't be able to make it to the convention today but I will be at the after-party later dressed as Sarah Sanderson! This is absolutely my favorite cosplay so far and I made almost all of it by hand. My favorite part is the cape, I am so in love with it, I may just start wearing capes all the time! It was also a super easy costume to make as well. I will be wearing her again saturday at Fan Days for the costume contest so if you're going to be there be sure to say hi to me!

Ray Gun Prop

super sonico space police ray gun prop
This is the prop space ray gun I made for a super sonico cosplay that I never got around to finishing. Although, I did love putting together this gun and still have it just in case I need it for any other cosplay. This gun was very easy and inexpensive to make, and I will be doing a few tutorials on how to make ray guns and others like it in the near future so keep checking back. It's still one of my prized props I have made because its so cute and purple!

Steampunk harley quinn

By Geline Spinks Photography
My steampunk Harley Quinn from earlier this year. I always loved Harley Quinn, shes such a silly villain. I am really in love with the hammer for this costume, my dad helped me build most of it because I'm not great at working with metal. The entire thing probably weighs 10 pounds and is tiring to carry but worth it. It's my favorite prop Harley quinn uses so I really wanted to go all out!
-Side note: If you ever need any pictures done for cosplay or anything check out http://www.gelinespinksphotography.com/ She's amazing, you can always expect beautiful photos from her!
